What to Expert

First, pick up tickets in town. Next, have the car drop you off at the base of the mountain. It’s about 1 km away along the road to the right of the main ticket booth. Then, walk around the sites, including the 1000 lingars Carving, the waterfall, and the Preah Angthom Pagoda.

The walk up to the big statue of Buddha is really great. It starts with a mass of steps. Along the way, there are two pagodas. One is old and the other is under construction. There’s a small pool if you already need to freshen up. The waterfall is beautiful, and you can get really close to it. There are two waterfalls. The smaller one is on top, and the larger one is connected to the smaller one at a lower level. We can swim in the larger one. You can store your belongings in a bin at the bottom of the waterfall. Itinerary
  • Get picked up early in the morning at your hotel. In the morning, go to the ticket station to buy your Angkor Passes. Once that’s all settled, hop in your private tuk-tuk or car. Head to the first stop of the tour, the majestic Angkor Wat. You will see the sun rise above the temple. It is known as the largest religious monument in the entire world. It paints its tall towers akin to a flowering lotus bud in a variety of colors. We can visit in one day about 8–14 temples. As a result, our body will sweat, and we will need to take a shower and rest. Our journey begins at 4 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.; it’s a long day, and we walk a lot to see all of the temples in Angkor.
  • Make your way to Angkor Thom and Bayon Temple. It is surrounded by lush forests and best seen in the morning due to its eastward orientation. Then, climb up the Terrace of the Elephants. Angkor Big Tour


The Angkor Big Tour, or Grand Circuit, gets its name from the distance to be traveled. This journey covers the eight temples in the Angkor Archaeological Park. The tour includes experiencing the sunset at Bakheng Mountain. The Angkor-Big Circle Tour connects with the Small Circle Tour and travels further. There are many temples, some older than Angkor Wat. This tour takes you around the Angkor area. The tour will start from your Siem Reap hotel late in the morning. It will finish late enough to see the sunset too.

The Kravan Hindu Temple, built of limestone and sandstone, is your first stop. Then continue the afternoon by moving on to Banteay Kdei Temple on the “Angko Big Tour.” We will not rush or move quickly. We will enjoy the test palm fruit on the way to other temples.
