  • A 50% charge will apply for last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours).
  • No refund for no-shows without prior notice.

  • We accept cash (USD or Khmer Riel) and online payment options (if available).
  • Payment can be made at the end of the trip unless a deposit is required for long-distance rides.
  • All prices are fixed and agreed before departure — no hidden fees.
