Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Call Taxi Cambodia. By booking or using our taxi service, you agree to the succeeding terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

• All bookings must include precise pickup and drop-off information.
• Reservations can be made through our official website, phone, or social media.
• For long-distance or special trips, advance booking is recommended (12–24 hours before travel).

2. Pricing and Payment

• Fares are agreed upon before the trip and include all basic service charges.
• Payments can be made in cash (USD or Khmer Riel) or online if available.
• Prices do not include entrance fees, parking, or other optional activities unless stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 12 hours before pickup time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the total fare.
• No refund for passengers who do not show up without notice.

4. Service and Responsibility

• Call Taxi Cambodia provides private transportation services with licensed, professional drivers.
• We always aim to offer safe, clean, and reliable vehicles.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

5. Safety

• All passengers must wear seat belts while in the vehicle.
• Our drivers have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively, being intoxicated, or breaking the law.

6. Privacy

• Personal information collected during booking is used only for providing service.
• We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

• Call Taxi Cambodia reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updates will be posted on our website.
